How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Reasearchverified Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to make a complaint and what you can expect next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Reasearchverified Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, begin by raising it directly with the provider and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Note that Reasearchverified Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@reasearchverified.lat and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write to Us
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
